Click & Collect

All orders placed through the Defqon.1 Festival Store with Pick-up at Defqon.1 as the selected delivery method must be collected on-site during Defqon.1 2026.

Collection is available at the official Defqon.1 Merchandise Store during the festival opening hours. Orders not collected during the event will not be shipped afterwards.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order. If you are unable to collect your order yourself, another person may collect it on your behalf by presenting the order confirmation.

Once an order has been collected, ownership and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer. Defqon.1 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after collection.
