If you do not complete the shipping form before July 5, 23:59 CEST, your unclaimed Click & Collect merchandise order will be refunded automatically.

If you ordered Click & Collect merchandise through festivalstore.q-dance.com, you can still receive your order at home.

You will not be charged any extra shipping costs. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link.

If you do not fill out the address form before 5 July, 23:59 CEST, your merchandise order will be refunded automatically.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship merchandise that was purchased at one of the kiosks and not picked up. Your order will be refunded automatically.

If you paid at a kiosk with your Legendary Bracelet, your refund will be processed through the bracelet refund process.

If limited edition items are still available, they may be made available later through the official Q-dance shop: store.q-dance.com

No. You will not be charged extra shipping costs by Q-dance.

Depending on your country, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. These costs are not charged by Q-dance and are the responsibility of the receiver.

If you do not want your merchandise order to be shipped because of possible import duties, taxes or customs fees, you do not need to fill out the address form. If the form is not completed before the deadline, your merchandise order will automatically be cancelled and refunded.

All unused vouchers, unclaimed pre-orders and experiences that could not take place will be refunded automatically.

If your voucher was already used or your pre-order was already picked up, it will not be refunded. You do not need to take any action yourself.

This includes:

Camp Gear Store orders:

Snuggies, party tents, chairs, pegs, locks, pillows, sleeping bags, airbeds and tents.

Pre-ordered supermarket drinks:

BUD, Corona, STËLZ, Lipton, Red Bull Energy Drinks, Bar-le-Duc Still and Sparkling, Flügel, wines, BeatBox, Smirnoff and beer pitchers.

Festival experiences:

Ferris Wheel, Swing Ride, Bungee Jump, Hair & Make-up, All-In RED Experience, massages and beer tasting experiences.

Important Update

Dear Warrior,

Last weekend, together with the authorities, we were forced to make the incredibly difficult decision to cancel Defqon.1 due to extreme weather.

We are still absolutely devastated by what happened. Since then, we've been working hard behind the scenes to create a fair solution for every visitor.

Today, we'd like to inform you about the next steps regarding your Defqon.1 2026 order.

Your Defqon.1 tickets

If your order contains Defqon.1 tickets purchased through the official Q-dance shop, you'll soon be able to choose between:

  • ✓ Securing your tickets for Defqon.1 2027, or
  • ✓ Receiving a full refund for your tickets.

By mid-July, the main buyer of the order will receive a separate email containing all the details and a personal link to submit this choice. You don't need to do anything yet.

While the choice is entirely yours, we'd be honored to welcome you back in 2027. The Defqon.1 we imagined never had the chance to fully unfold. We'd love nothing more than to share the moments, music and memories we had hoped to create with you.

Travel & Stay and add-ons

In addition to your ticket choice, most other eligible products purchased through the official Q-dance shop will be refunded automatically.

This includes accommodations, Travel & Stay products, parking tickets, lockers and other eligible add-ons.

These products cannot be carried over to Defqon.1 2027 and therefore don't require any action from your side.

Because of this, our intention is to prioritize visitors who had an accommodation in their order during the Defqon.1 2027 sale. While we can't confirm this just yet, we'll share more information as soon as it becomes available.
