General information
Please note that returns below are regarding merchandise orders. For other enquiries please contact experiences@q-dance.com
You can return your online order within 30 days after receiving your order. Returned products must meet the expected return conditions described in the returns policy.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your product and place a new order for the desired size. All returned products will be processed and refunded within 14 days after receiving the package at our warehouse.
Drink, experience, and camp gear vouchers for Defqon.1 are non-refundable, as they are only valid during the event. If you have a special situation, please email us via experiences@q-dance.com. We’re always happy to help where we can.
Returning your pick-up order
Doesn’t fit? Not your style? Don’t worry—we’ve got you.
If you selected "Pick-up @ Defqon.1 2025", you can return your items at the Return Desk at the Big Merchandise stand (M1) and receive a refund.
Register your return (Europe only)
Click on the 'visit the return portal’ button below to access the online return portal and login using your order number and email-address that was used during checkout.
You can find the order number in the order confirmation email.

In the return portal you can find all available return shipping methods including the cost.
Non-EU customers
For non-EU customers, please request your local delivery service for the current shipping price.
Refunds
All returned orders are processed and refunded within 7 days after receiving the package at our warehouse. The value of the returned product(s) will be refunded to the bank account that was used during checkout.
It can happen that your return package is delayed during busy seasons. Feel free to reach out to us to ask for an update if the 14 days has been exceeded.
Warranty
If the item(s) you ordered turn out to be faulty, we will follow the lawful warranty terms & conditions, which means you may expect the product to function as it should by one’s expectations. If you have a complaint about unclear material defects of one – or more – of our products, please file a returns request via this link so our team can find a solution.
Simply fill in your order number, select the faulty item and select the correct reason of return.
Additional return information
Hygiene products like underwear, earrings, socks etc. cannot be returned. Products like cd’s where the plastic wrapping has been removed will also not be able to be returned.
This will also be mentioned in the product description of said products.
