Cancel your order

If you no longer wish to receive your order, you can request a cancellation yourself through your order page.

Please note: orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled. Once your cancellation request has been approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

How to cancel your order

  1. Open the order confirmation email you received after placing your order.
  2. Click View your order.
  3. Confirm your email address if requested.
  4. On your order page, click Cancel items.
  5. Follow the remaining steps to submit your cancellation request.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, please contact our customer support team and include your order number.

Orders that have already been processed, fulfilled or shipped can no longer be cancelled. If the button is not visible, your order is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please visit the return page to return your order here.

Once your cancellation request has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
