We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days.The indicative delivery time counts from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email where you can access your personal tracking link.

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it, as long as the items meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.

• Click & Collect orders can be returned at the Return Desk at the merchandise stand (M1 on the map), but only during the event.
• Home delivery orders can be returned via our Return Portal within 30 days.

To start a return, visit the Return Portal. You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your return.
